I purchase a PTAC unit from them few years ago and it was not even used as much and the LCD screen chipped off and I called them to send me a new one. They said it is not covered but major parts are covered. I said I will pay for the part but send me one. It took me half an hour to put through that order and the person taking the order had no clue what I was talking about. And consequently send me the wrong part. I called them again and also send them the picture of the LCD screen which even lay man would even understand but it is hard to even digest they send me another circuit board similar to the first one. I have no idea how this company is doing business whose employees has no clue what they doing. I am totally frustrated with this company and I will make sure no one of my family and friends buy their stuff. Their employees are totally ignorant and clueless. I am extremely upset over it and I wish I would never have purchase their unit.
