Firestone Complete Auto Care at 5625 Southwest 137th Avenue, Miami, Florida.

Horrible! If you have to go to a firestone DO NOT go to this location. I've come here 3 times and all 3 times was not a good day. I hate hate hate writing reviews so to give you an idea this is how slow and sucky their service is. The last time I came I was here for hours waiting with an appointment. Today I drop my truck off the minute they opened just for an alignment that's all, I was told 1 hour 1.5 at most. It's 11:30am I got here at 7am and they still haven't even started the truck yet. To top it off I called the day before to check the times and wait and they couldn't even mention we'll just make an appointment just in case

I am livid. Horrible slow service, I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

See to be honest I wouldn't care if they are always awesome and reasonable wait time and this was a fluke, but this is the third time in a row. Never using them again
