very disappointed of the online shopping experience and customer service over all. After many attempt to purchase the Runner 02 BLK Crocodile with my canadian card, i've realized that it was just not working. Then i made sure my brother with same last name purchases it from LA with a US Credit card to be shipped to me in Canada which is a service offered on the website for a fee. Then we get an email saying that for Fraud reasons that don't ship to Canada no more. Now i'm in the US "5 days later" and obviously the sneakers are sold out and nothing has been done to accommodate me. In my opinion this is an epic fail for a brand that pretend to be luxury. Luxury is not only a trademark but mostly regards the service that comes with the product. You just lost a pretty good client.
