Stay away from this supplier! Customer service is very poor!! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls and ignore both you and your flooring company if your product is defective. Even sadder is that the poor service is coming from the Customer Service Manager, Lourdes Perez. Prestige Carpet and Tile did a wonderful job installing our vinyl flooring. The product was defective with dents in our new floors in several areas of the house in less than 1 year. We contacted Prestige, who promptly came to our house to take pictures and filed the claim.

Within 3 months from the initial claim date, Steve Levine, who was sent by Lourdes Perez with Courey, came to our house to also inspect the floors & take pictures. I called Lourdes because the report was inaccurate. 1. The number of adults is wrong. 2. Nearly 2 pages had information pertaining to hospital floors. He copied and pasted flooring information for schools & hospitals! (search: "Vinyl flooring is being used and specified more and more.")

3. He spent 30 minutes inside my house, saw the impressions, then wrote that he was not able to see any impressions. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. These are only a few of the areas.

I simply wanted a fair and accurate inspection. Lourdes told me on 4/12/2018 that she would call Steve and call me back. Lourdes never called me back and ignored all of my calls between 4/12 through 4/23/2018. On April 23, at 1:46 PM I spoke with Angie Tabares, the assistant, and asked her to speak to someone else or Lourdes’ supervisor because she was ignoring my calls. Angie stated that Lourdes was the only person I could speak to, Lourdes is the supervisor and doesn’t report to anyone. Angie yelled at me when I persisted and said that she didn’t know who Lourdes reported to.

I didn’t know what to do so I called Prestige for help. They too tried to call Lourdes on at least 3 days but could not get their calls returned.
The customer service at this company is the worst. Stay away!!
