Great new hotel! Near the airport 4 miles away. We walked to restaurants and Starbucks.

Everything is wrong about this hotel. From food in the bar too expensive to mannerless staff. In Miami for work, a colleague and I asked the front desk if we could get our own microwave and the lady said yes, after about a week the hotel staff brought security to my room just to communicate that microwaves are not acceptable. I left a message at the front desk for someone to call me from management while at work so I can explain I got approval to bring my own microwave but never got a call from them. Eventually, they went into my room while I was at work to pick up the microwave without communicating their actions atall.
All these for what? The rooms are small and the room services are doing a terrible job as I found molds in my room the same day before leaving for work. My experience at this hotel has been far more than terrible with my husband and my 16 months old baby.
