183rd Dental Group at 636 Northwest 183rd Street, Miami, Florida.

I was recommended to go to this dentist (Dr Smith)in Miami Gardens by a close friend. I showed up for a my appointment about a week ago and I LEFT! 1st thing:How is it that the “DR” is walking in the same time I’m walking in........ I think that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But hey what can I expect in Miami Gardens? When I walked in (with the dr) i had a seat in the lobby and WAITED for at least 20mins before some one came to the window to ask me if I had an appointment. By this time other patients started to walk in. This lady was rude and not professional at all. I said yes and all she did was close that little window back and that was it!! I guess by the look on my face other people that were in there seen I was pissed. This one guy said she always like that But if you say something to the dr he’s not going to care. At that point I got up and walked out! Word of advice if you want professionalism in a dental office or you want to feel comfortable please don’t go there..... I didn’t even get to see if he was a good dentist or not because the presentation was HORRIBLE from the beginning. Word of advice from a “patient” you need to do better, no patient wants to see their dentist nor dr of any kind walk into their appointment with them smh train your staff on customer service. People are already scared when they come to a dentist so they should be made to feel as comfortable as possible... You prob don’t know how many patients you lose per day on that ALONE!!!
