Chase Bank at 8700 SW Coral Way, Miami, Florida.

At Chase bank you are nothing but a number assuming you have an account, if you don't, you are nothing to them. Branch Manger Claudia Quesada provided the poorest customer service I have ever received at any bank. Given the fact I am not an account holder she was unable to cash a Chase bank check that she her self confirmed to be a "good" check. She treated me like dirt and made me feel as if I was crazy for requesting such a service. As far as I'm concerned a check (especially from your own bank customer) should be well received at any bank and is good as cash. Additionally I was unable to deposit funds in my daughters account ($300), also because I'm not an account holder. Their operation is not friendly and certainly not working in a good faith manner.
